Justice of
the peace
appointed.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Governor be and is hereby authorized and
empowered to appoint an additional justice of the peace in
and for the seventh election district of Montgomery county.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 591.
AN ACT to authorize Hugh T. Bay, Register of Wills of
Harford County, to make a complete index of the wills
now on record in the Orphans' Court for Harford County,
and to provide for the payment thereof.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Hugh T. Bay, register of wills of Harford county.

be and he is hereby authorized to make a complete index of
all wills now on record in the Orphans' Court for Harford
county; for which services he shall be entitled to receive
such fair and reasonable compensation as may be mutually
agreed upon between him and the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Harford county, not, however, exceeding the sum
of $75.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the County Commissioners

directed to buy and pay to said Hugh T. Bay, register of
wills, the sum of money, as above provided, the same to be
included in the levy of 1906.
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
