CHAP. 674

Authority to
construct
and main-
tain a wharf.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the right is hereby granted to the said Chesa-
peake Land Improvement Company, a corporation, its suc-
cessors and assigns, to construct and maintain a wharf on
the aforesaid farm, a part of land known as " The Grove
Point Farm," into the Sassafras river.
SEC. 2. Be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect from
the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 575.

AN ACT to declare the sanction and consent of the General
Assembly of Maryland to a deed made by Henry Holland
Richmond and his wife, Annie Richmond, and Thomas
William Richmond and his wife, Lillian Jane Richmond,
to the Yestry of William and Mary Parish, of the County
of Charles and the State of Maryland.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

land That the sanction and consent of the General Assembly
of Maryland be and the same is hereby declared, given and
granted to the sale and grant made by Henry Holland Rich-
mond and his wife, Annie Richmond, and Thomas William
Richmond and his wife, Lillian Jane Richmond, to the
vestry of William and Mary Parish, of Charles county, the
State of Maryland, a body corporate, duly incorporated
under the public general laws of the State of Maryland, of
all their said grantors' right, title and interest and estate in
and to a tract or parcel of land situated near Wayside, in
the fifth election district of Charles county, the State of
Maryland, containing sixty acres of land; the said tract of
land was commonly known as part of Mount Republic, and
is situated about one mile from Wayside, situated in the
fifth election district of Charles county, the State of Mary-
land; said deed was recorded October 11, 1899.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.
Approved April 5, 1906.
