SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

Central Railway crosses the Falls road in Baltimore county.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to authorize, empower and direct the School Com-
missioners of Montgomery County, Maryland, to purchase
or secure a site and erect thereon a school building in
Glen Echo, of said County.
