CHAP. 94

and it shall be lawful for any court, register, clerk or other
officer or person, whose'duty it is to approve any bond or other
obligation required by law to be executed by two or more sure-
ties to approve such bond or obligation when executed by said
company as sole surety. That said company is authorized
and empowered to receive and hold collateral or indemnity
of any nature or kind whatsoever, to secure it against loss
oil any bond or other obligation issued by it, and to enforce
any bond, contract, obligation, pledge or agreement, or other
security made or given for such purpose. The said company
shall be subject at all- times to the provisions of the Act of
1892, Chapter 109, and to the Act of 1892, Chapter 279, or
any amendments or supplements thereto.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That an additional section
be added to the aforesaid act of incorporation or charter of
said company, to be known as Section 24, and to read as
follows :

Section 24. That it shall be lawful for any administrator,

guardian, receiver, assignee, trustee or other fiduciary for
whom a bond, undertaking or other obligation is required,
to agree and arrange with said company as his surety, for
the deposit and safekeeping of any and all money, assets
and other property for which he is or may be responsible,
with the bank, savings bank, safe deposit or trust company
selected by such fiduciary, in such manner as to prevent the
withdrawal or alienation of such money, assets or other
property, or any part thereof, without the counter signature
or written consent of said company, or an order of the
Court or a judge thereof having jurisdiction over such
fiduciary, made on such notice to said company as the court
or judge may direct.

SEC. 3. And be it farther enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.
