CHAP. 91

CHAPTER 91.

AN ACT to amend the charter of the Home for the Aged
of the Methodist Episcopal Church of Baltimore City.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Home for the Aged of the Methodist Epis-

copal Church of Baltimore city, a body corporate without
capital stock, duly incorporated under the Public General
Laws of Maryland for benevolent and charitable purposes,
its certificate of incorporation being recorded among the
Charter Records of Baltimore city, in Liber G. R., No. 15
folio 225, etc., shall have perpetual succession; and in addi-
tion to the powers, privileges and franchises conferred it by
its charter, shall with such powers, privileges and franchises
have perpetual existence.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect,
from the date of its passage.

Approved March 15, 1906.

CHAPTER 92.

AN ACT to amend the Act of 1860, Chapter 19, entitled
"An Act to incorporate the Egenton Orphan Asylum of
Baltimore," so as to change the name thereof to the
Egenton Home.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the first section of the Act of 1860, Chapter 19,

incorporating the Egenton Orphan Asylum of the city of
Baltimore, be and the same is hereby amended by striking
out therefrom the words "Orphan Asylum" of the city of Bal-
timore and inserting in the place thereof the word "Home,"
so as to change the name of the said body corporate to the
Egenton Home.

SEC. 2. And be enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.
