CHAPTER 538.

AN ACT to declare the sanction and consent of the General
Assembly of Maryland, to the following deeds and con-
veyances.

and granted to the following conveyances and deeds: A
deed from Thomas Woodward to Jessie Hollingsworth,
Philip Rogers, George Robertson, Job Smith, Christian
Muskey, Isaac Sutton and Thomas Bond, trustees, acknowl-
edged September 30, 1782, and recorded among the land
records of Baltimore county (now city) in Liber W. G. No.
K, folio 232, etc. A deed from Frederick Schaffer, William
Drummond and Edward Hall to Nathaniel Montgomery,
Jonas Huges, William Coates, Edward Lloyd, Stephen Gott,
Levin Wales, Nathan Gibson, Edward Booth and Thomas
Sanders, trustees, dated March 24th, 1812, and recorded
among said land records in Liber W. G. No. 118, folio 87,
etc. A deed from Nathaniel Montgomery to Nathaniel
Montgomery, Stephen Locks, James Wilson, Charles John-
son, Daniel Keeth, Randall Jackson, Enoch Cummins,
Edward Thompson and Samuel Burk, trustees, dated June
11th, 1842, and recorded among said laud records in Liber
T. K. No. 321, folio 138, etc. A deed from Daniel Keeth,
Enoch Cummins and Samuel J. Burk to the trustees of the
Methodist Episcopal Church, in the Dallas Street Station,
a body corporate, dated December 28th, 1864, and recorded
among the land records of said city in Liber A. M. No. 266,
folio 269, etc. A deed from said body corporate, grantor to
James T. Milburn, dated December 6, 1876, and recorded
among said land records in Liber G. R., No. 760, folio 151,
etc. A sub-lease from the said Milburn to the said body cor-
porate of the same date, and recorded among said land records
in Liber T. R, No. 760, folio 156, etc. A deed from Daniel
Keeth to Daniel Keeth, James Morris, Philip Whye, James
Green, Samuel Emerson, George Myers, Henry White, Wm.
Lloyd, John Pinket, trustees, dated May 16, 1878, and
recorded among said land records in Liber F. A. P., No.
186, folio 361, etc. A deed from Charles E. Griffin, John
E. Grace, Robert Waters, to Charles E. Griffin, John E.
