proprietary medicine containing any of the drugs or prepa-
rations hereinbefore mentioned until the Maryland Board of
Pharmacy shall certify that such medicine contains any of
the said drugs or preparations in excess of the maximum
percentages hereinbefore mentioned.

CHAPTER 524.
AN ACT to add a new section to Article 22 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title " Washington
County," sub-title "Intoxicating Drinks," as amended by
Chapter 214 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Mary-
land, passed at its January Session, 1898, and to add a
new section thereto, to be designated as Section 321 1/2, and
providing for a license of five hundred dollars to sell
spirituous, fermented or intoxicating liquors within one
mile of the corporate limits of Williamsport, in Washing-
ton County.
