CHAP. 632.

Various gifts,
bequests,
etc ,
sanctioned.

Sixtieth. To the following deeds to the Convention of the
Protestant Episcopal Church of the Diocese of Maryland, to
wit: (A) A deed from Frank William Bolgiano and wife,
dated February 28, 1901, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore city, in Liber R. O. No. 1889, folio 315,
etc. (B) A deed from Eugene Oudesluys, dated March 11,
1901, recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore city, in
Liber R. O. No. 1890, folio 415. (C) A deed from Frank
William Bolgiano and wife and Maurice E. Skinner and wife,
dated December 11, 1901, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore city, in Liber R. O. No. 1934, folio 377.
Sixty-First. To a bequest of four hundred dollars made to
the German Baptist Brethren of the Meadow Branch Congre-
gation in Carroll county, Maryland, by the last will and testa-
ment of John Leister, late of Carroll county, deceased, accord-
ing to the provisions of said will.
Sixty-Second. To the sale and conveyance by Joseph
Kausler, mortgagee, to the Trustees of the members of the
Methodist Episcopal Church of Hagerstown, a religious body
corporate, of the house and lot situate, lying and being on the
west side of North Potomac street, Hagerstown, Maryland, as
described by said deed, dated January 2, 1901, and recorded
among the Land Records of Washington county, in Liber No.
113, folio 521.
Sixty-Second. To the bequest of one thousand dollars to
William T. Carter, in trust for the trustees of Queenstown
Meeting House of Queenstown, as contained in the last will
and testament of Richard J. Carter, deceased, late of Queen
Anne's county, said will being of record in the office of the
Register of Wills of said county, in Liber F. R., No. 1,
folio 89.
Sixty-Third. To the following bequests under the will of
Elizabeth S. Douglass, late of Allegany county, deceased, said
will being duly of record among the testamentary records of
said county, to wit : (A) A bequest of two hundred and
fifty dollars to Freedmens of Baltimore. (B) A bequest of
two hundred and fifty dollars to the Home Missions of the
Presbyterian Church. (C) A bequest of five hundred dollars
to the First Presbyterian Church of Lonaconing. (D) A
bequest of five hundred dollars to St. Peter's Protestant
Episcopal Church of Lonaconing.
Sixty-Fourth. To the following bequests under the last will
and testament of Louisa Hinkle, late of Allegany county,
deceased, to wit : (A) A bequest of one thousand dollars to
the Western Maryland Home and Infirmary, Cumberland,
Maryland. (B) A bequest of one thousand dollars to the
