Land Records aforesaid in Liber G. R., No. 731, folio 159,
etc., and the said sanction and consent is hereby given also to
all prior deeds and conveyances of said property to said body
corporate.
Forty-Fourth. To a deed from Sarah R. Levering to the
trustees of the Presbytery of Baltimore, a body corporate, of a
certain lot of ground situate in Harford county, Maryland, and
particularly described in said deed, which is dated (September
1, 1891, and recorded among the Land Records of Harford
county, in Liber A. L. J. No. 72, folio 59.
Forty-Fifth. To a deed from Robert E. Mooney to the
trustees of the Disciples of Jesus Christ of Baltimore city, a
body corporate, of a lot of ground and improvements thereon,
lying and being in Baltimore city, and other property con-
veyed by said deed and therein described, which deed bears
date December 9, 1901, and is recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore city, in Liber R. O. No. — , folio — .
Forty-Sixth. To a bequest of one hundred dollars under the
last will and testament of Sarah S. Pickett, late of Baltimore
city, deceased, to Mary Hull, of said city, to be used for the
religious purposes in said will mentioned ; said will being of
record in the office of the Register of Wills for Baltimore
city, in Liber S. R. M. No. 65, folio 68, etc.
Forty-Seventh. To a bequest under the last will and testa-
ment of Margaret Rebecca Whiteford, late of Harford county,
Maryland, deceased, of five hundred dollars to the trustees of
the Slate Ridge Presbyterian Church of Harford county, a
body corporate.
Forty-Eighth. To a bequest under the last will and testa-
ment of Agnes G. Beattie, late of York county, Pennsylvania,
deceased, of one hundred dollars to the trustees of the Slate
Ridge Presbyterian Church of Harford county, a body corpo-
rate.
Forty-Ninth. To a deed from Charles C. Lancaster and wife
to the "Corporation of the Roman Catholic Clergymen,"
dated March 19, 1900, and recorded among the Land Records
of Charles county, in Liber B. G. S. No. 10, folio 615, etc.
Fiftieth. To a deed from Levi L. Blake to the "Corporation
of the Roman Catholic Clergymen," dated March 14, 1900,
and recorded among the Land Records of Charles county, in
Liber B. G. S. No. 10, folio 619, etc.
Fifty-First. To a deed from Thomas L. Twiford and wife
to the "Corporation of the Roman Catholic Clergymen," dated
April 21, 1900, and recorded among the Land Records of
Charles county, in Liber B. G. S. No. 10, folio 687, etc.
