Thirty-Eighth. To the lease, sale and grant to the trustees of
the Western Chapel in the city of Baltimore, a body corpo-
rate, of all those lots of ground situated in the city of Balti-
more, and more fully described in the following conveyances
to said body corporate, to wit : (A) A lease from Charles
Oliver O'Donnell and wife, dated September 24, 1858,
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore city, in Liber
G. E. S. No. 156, folio 476, etc. (B) A deed from Henry
Waterman and wife, dated November 17, 1887, recorded in
Land Records aforesaid, in Liber J. B. No. 1165, folio 383,
etc. (C) A deed from Israel L. B. Nichols and wife,
January 8, 1894, of record among Land Records, aforesaid,
in Liber J. B. No. 1483, folio 264, etc. (D) A deed
from James T. Henderson, executor, dated July 20,
1894, and recorded, as aforesaid, in Liber J. B. No. 1523,
folio 65, etc. (E) A confirmatory deed from William Dixon,
dated February 27, 1899, and recorded, as aforesaid, in
Liber R. O. No. 1776, folio 372, etc. (F) Two deeds from
Eli Johnson and Matilda Johnson, his wife, the first dated
September 28, 1894, and recorded as aforesaid, in Liber J. B.
No. 1532, folio 71, etc. ; the second dated March 2, 1899, and
recorded, as aforesaid, in Liber R. O. No. 1776, folio 377, etc.
Thirty-Ninth. To a deed and conveyance from Ellen D.
Steuart, James E. Steuart, Henrietta Steuart and Mary E.
Steuart, and Ellen D. Steuart and James E. Steuart, trustees,
of a certain lot of ground in Baltimore city, to "Trinity
English Evangelical Lutheran Church of Baltimore City," in
the State of Maryland, a body corporate, said deed bearing
date May 28, 1895, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore city, in Liber J. B. No. 1566, folio 245, etc.
Forty. To the deed and conveyance from Charles Shipley
and Ida R. Shipley, his wife, of a certain lot in Baltimore city,
to ''Trinity English Evangelical Lutheran Church of Baltimore
City," in the State of Maryland, a body corporate, said deed
bearing date November 25, 1900, and recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore city, in Liber R. O. No. 1877,
folio 302, etc.
Forty-First. To certain devises, bequests, legacies, gifts and
grants to "The Home of the Aged of the Methodist Episcopal
Church of Baltimore City," to wit. : (A) To the legacy of
twenty-five thousand dollars bequeathed by the last will and
testament of Margaret J. Bennett, late of Baltimore city,
deceased. (B) The legacy of two thousand dollars bequeathed
