erroneously paid by him on the estate of William G. Ford,
deceased, to Stephen R. Mason, Register of Wills of Balti-
more City, and by said Register of Wills covered into the
treasury.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER, 597.
AN ACT to. amend the Charter of the Presbyterian Church,
of Baltimore City.

CHAP. 597.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly,
Maryland, That the Presbyterian Association of Baltimore
City, a corporation duly incorporated under the Public General
Laws of Maryland for benevolent and charitable purposes,
without capital stock, shall have power to increase the number
of its board of managers to a Dumber not exceeding fifty per-
sons, and that said corporation shall have perpetual existence.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its, passage.

CHAPTER 598
AN ACT to amend the, Charter of the Frederick land Middle
town Railway Company, as passed by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, Session of 1894, Chapter 531, by adding
a new Section thereto, conferring enlarged and addditional
powers upon said Company, said new and additional Section
to follow Section 5 of said Act, and to be known as Section

5 A.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly, of
Maryland, That chapter 531 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January Session of 1894,
entitled "An Act to incorporate the Frederick and Middletown
Railway Company," be and the same is hereby amended by
adding a new section to said Act, conferring enlarged and
additional powers to said railway company, said new and
additional section to follow section 5 of said Act, and to be
known as section 5 A.

Section 5 A. And be it enacted, That said Frederick and
Middletown Railway Company is hereby authorized and
