SEC. 2. Be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect from
the date of its passage.
Approved April 11,1902.

CHAPTER 550.
AN ACT to change the boundary lines between the Fourth
Precinct of the Ninth Election District and the Second
Precinct of the Eighth Election District of Baltimore
County.

CHAP. 650.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the lines between election district No. 9,
known as the fourth precinct of said distiict, and election
district No. 8, known as the second precinct of said district,
as now laid down, be changed, and that the line which shall
hereafter divide said districts shall be as follows : Beginning
at the intersection of the Roland run and the Joppa road, and
running easterly to the intersection of the county road running
from Sherwood to Lutherville, and following the bed of said
county road to the branch or stream crossing said road near
Lutherville, and following the course of said stream south-
westerly to the place of beginning.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the Board of Supervisors of
Election of Baltimore county shall cause to be stricken from,
the list of qualified voters in the registration books thereof,
the names of all persons residing within the limits of that por-
tion of election district No. 9, precinct No. 4, hereby placed
in election district No. 8, precinct No. 2, and said supervisors
shall cause to be transcribed such names so stricken from the
books of the fourth precinct of the ninth election district to
the registration booke of the second precinct of the eighth
election district.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That due notice shall be given
by said Board of Election Supervisors to all persons affected:
or changed from the fourth precinct of the ninth election dis-
trict to the second precinct of the eighth election district, as
provided for in this Act.

CHAPTER 551.

AN ACT to repeal Section 214 of Article 2 of the Code of
Public Local Laws, title "Anne Arundel County," sub-title
"Sheriff," as enacted by the Acts of 1896, Chapter 354, and
to repeal Section 214 A of said Article as enacted by the
Acts of 1896, the same with amendments.
