ingharn Industrial School shall have the same power to cause
any of the children entrusted or committed to said industrial
school, whether under or over the age or sixteen years to be
committed to the house of refuge, that the parents, guardians
or next friends of such children now have with reference to
children under sixteen years or age, under section 368 of
article 27 of the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland,
and title "Crimes and Punishments," subtitle "House of
Refuge."
SEC. 2. And be it enacted. That the property, real and

personal, owned by said corporation, and which may be
necessary and proper for carrying out the educational pur-
poses of the "Buckingham Industrial School of Frederick
county, Maryland," be and the same is hereby exempt from
the payment of State taxes.
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 61.
AN ACT to authorize and direct the Board of School Com-
missioners of Montgomery county to erect a public school
house for white children in the town of Kensington,
Montgomery county, and to require the County Commis-
sioners of said county to levy a sum of money amounting
to, but not exceeding, four thousand dollars, to pay for the
erection of said public school house upon the site of the
present school house in said town.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the Board of School Commissioners of

Montgomery county be and they are hereby authorized and
required before September 1, 1902, to erect a public school
house having not less than four separate rooms upon the site
of the present public school house in the town of Kensington,
in Montgomery county.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the County Commissioners
be and they are hereby authorized and required to levy upon

the assessable property of Montgomery county at the next
levy a sum of money amounting to, but not exceeding, four
thousand dollars, to be used for the erection of a public school
house in the town of Kensington in said county, and for pro-
viding suitable desks and furniture therefor.
