CHAP 377.
Warrant
to be Issued.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the Comptroller of the State of Maryland be
and he is hereby authorized and directed to draw his warrant
on the Treasurer for the sum of thirteen dollars and forty-two
cents to the order of R. Lather Shipley, and the Treasurer is
directed to pay same out of any moneys in the treasury not
otherwise appropriated.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 378.
AN ACT to open at all times and seasons during the year the
waters of Dundee Creek (a branch of the Gunpowder River
in Baltimore County), west of a line drawn south from
Levering's Point on the north, to Sandy Point on the south,
to persons fishing with hook and line in said waters.

line drawn from Levering's Point on the north, to Sandy Point
on the south, to persons fishing with hook and line in said

CHAPTER 379.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
31 of Article 22 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
" Washington County," sub-title " Birds and Game," as
said Section was repealed and re-enacted by Chapter 238
of the Acts of 1894, and to add a new section thereto, to
be known as Section 31 A.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That section 31 of Article 22 of the Code of
Public Local Laws, title " Washington County," sub-title
" Birds and Game," as amended by chapter 238 of the Acts
of 1894, be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted so
to read as follows, and that a new section be added to follow
said section 31 as amended, to be known as Section 31 A.
