SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That section 2 of chapter 374 of the Acts of 1898
of the General Assembly of Maryland, entitled "An Act to
Incorporate the Citizens Trust and Deposit Company of Balti-
more," as amended by chapter 176 of the Acts of 1900 of the
General Assembly of Maryland, be and the same is hereby
amended so that said company shall have the privilege to
decrease its capital stock to the amount of one hundred thou-
sand dollars ($100,000.00) ; provided, the decrease is author-
ized by two-thirds vote of all the stockholders present at a
special meeting called for the purpose of decreasing said
capital stock. And the said decrease shall be made in such
manner as the board of directors of said company shall deter-
mine. And said decrease shall not prevent the corporation
from exercising all the powers conferred on it by the said
Acts; and all the powers and privileges conferred on the said
corporation by the Acts to which this is an amendment are
hereby fully re-enacted and confirmed.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 351.
AN ACT to repeal Section four hundred and twenty-five of
Chapter one hundred and twenty-three of the Acts of eigh-
teen hundred and ninety-eight, entitled "An Act to repeal
Article four, entitled 'City of Baltimore,' of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland," and the several Acts and
parts of Acts amendatory thereto, and to re-enact said
Article four with amendments, under the sub-titles, to be
known as "Charter and Miscellaneous Local Laws," and to
re-enact the same with amendments.
