97 of this Act, and the possession of said deer flesh or skins
shall be deemed prima facie evidence of guilt.

CHAP. 878.

Section 99 A. It shall be lawful in Allegany county to shoot
or take with gun, fired from the shoulder, all wild duck, wild
swan, wild goose or wild brant at any time, but it shall be
unlawful to shoot or take the same at night, or in any manner
otherwise than as provided by this section, penalty tive dollars
for each wild duck, wild swan, wild goose or wild brant, pay-
able one-half to the informer and one-half to the school fund
of the county.

SEC. 2. Be it enacted, That all Acts or parts of Acts
inconsistent with the provisions of this Act be and the same
are hereby repealed.
SEC. 3. Be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect from
the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 277.
AN ACT to repeal Chapter seven hundred and thirty-three
of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed
at the January Session, nineteen hundred, entitled "an Act
to regulate the salaries of the Mayor and Council men and
fees in criminal cases of the town of Frostburg."

Repeal.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That chapter seven hundred and thirty-three of
the Acts of the General Assembly, passed at the January
Session, nineteen hundred, entitled "an Act to regulate the
salaries of the Mayor and (Jouncilmen and the fees in criminal
cases of the town of Frostburg," be and the same is hereby
repealed.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.
Approved April 8, 1902.

CHAPTER 278.
AN ACT for the payment of a stipulated salary in lieu of
fees, to the State's Attorney for Kent County, State of
Maryland, and other purposes.

Repeal.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the salary of the State's Attorney for Kent
county, State of Maryland, shall be at the rate of twelve hun
