SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That it shall be the duty of the
officers of registration of Westover election district No. 13 to
strike from the list of qualified voters on the registration
books thereof the names of all persons residing within the
limits of that portion of Westover district hereby placed in
Brinkley's district No. 3, and said persons shall hereafter be
entitled to vote in said Brinkley's district. And be it further
enacted, That it shall be the duty of the officers of registration
of Westover election district No. 13, and they are hereby
directed to forward and give to the officers of the registration
of Brinkley's district No. 3 a list of names of all persons
residing within the limits of that portion of Westover district
hereby placed in Brinkley's district No. 3, which list of names
of persons thus forwarded and given by the officers of registra-
tion of Westover district No. 13 to the officers of registration
of Brinkley's district No. 3 shall entitle and grant to the
persons whose names are on said list the right to vote in
Brinkley's district No. 3 without registration, and the names of
the persons on said list shall be deemed for all purposes regis-
tered voters of Brinkley's district No. 3.

CHAP. 23.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect at
the date of its passage, and that all Acts or parts of Acts incon-
sistent with this Act are hereby repealed.

CHAPTER 24.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 35
of Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Prince George's County," sub-title "Birds and Game," as
the same was enacted by Chapter 542 of the Acts of 1894.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That section 35 of the Code of Public Local

Game," as the same was enacted by chapter 542 of the Acts
of 1894, be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted
with amendments so as to read as follows :

35. It shall not be lawful for any person not a bona fide
resident of said county to shoot any pheasant, partridge,

woodcook or rabbit in said county without first having obtained
from the clerk of the Circuit Court for said county a license
permitting the person therein named to shoot said game in said
county for one year from the day in which said license is
issued, and such license shall not be transferable.
