CHAP. 121

Guilty of
misdemeanor


119 A. Any person or corpration engaged in the business of
selling drugs, medicines, chemicals or preparations for medical
use or of compounding or dispensing physician's prescriptions,
who shall, in person or by his or its agents or employees, or as
agent or employee of some other person, knowingly sell or
deliver to any person a drug, medicine, chemical preparation
for medicinal use, recognized or authorized by the latest
edition of the United States pharmacopoea, or prepared
according to the private formula of some individual or firm,
other or different trom the drug, medicine, chemical or
preparation for medicinal use, recognized or authorized by
the latest edition of the United States pharmacopoea, or pre-
pared according to the private formula of some individual or
firm, ordered or called for by such person, or called for in a
physician's prescription, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor,
and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not
less than one hundred dollars, nor more than tive hundred
dollars, or by not less than one month, nor more than twelve
months' imprisonment, or by both ; and any person so convicted
shall forfeit the right to practice pharmacy under any certifi-
cate or registration issued under the laws of this State.

CHAPTER 122.
AN ACT to prevent the sale of fermented or spirituous
liquors or lager beer within a radius of one mile from the
Public School House No. 13, Election District No. 7, at
White Hall Station, Northern Central Railway, in Balti-
more County, Maryland.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

sell liquor
within
certain
boundaries.

Maryland, That it shall not be lawful for the clerk of the
Circuit Court for Baltimore County to issue license to any
person or persons, firm or company to sell any fermented or
spirituous liquors or lager beer within a radius of one mile
from the Public School House No. 13, Election District No.
7, at White Hall Station, Northern Central Railway, in Balti-
more county, Maryland.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted. That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.
Approved March 27, 1902.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 308, 309, 311, 312, 313, 314, 315,
316, 317, 318, 319, 320, 322, 323, 324, 325, 326 and 327 of
