WHEREAS, Under said claim of the State of Maryland, the
firm of A. Booth & Company erroneously paid to the State
Treasurer the sum of one hundred and seventy-five dollars and
sixty-five cents ($175.65; since April 6, 1894; and
WHEREAS, Under said claim of the State of Maryland,
the firm of Miller Brothers & Company erroneously paid to
the State Treasurer the sum of two hundred and twelve dollars
and sixty three cents ($212.63) since April 6, 1894; and
WHEREAS, Under said claim of the State of Maryland, the
firm of W. W. Boyer & Company erroneously paid to the
State Treasurer the sum of tive hundred and eight dollars and
twenty-nine cents ($508.29) since April 6, 1894 ; and
WHEREAS, Under said claim of the State of Maryland, the
Martin Wagner Company of Baltimore City erroneously paid
to the State Treasurer the sum of two thousand three hundred
and seventy three and no one hundredth dollars ($2,373) since
April 6, 1894; and
WHEREAS, Under said claim of the State of Maryland, the
firm of Thomas J. Myer & Company erroneously paid to the
State Treasurer the sum of twenty-six dollars and eighty-four
cents ($26.84) since April 6, 1894; and
WHEREAS, Under said claim of the State of Maryland, the
firm of Moore & Brady erroneously paid to the State Treasurer
the sum of eight hundred and thirty dollars and fifty-one
cents ($830.51) since April 6, 1894; and
WHEREAS, Under said claim of the State of Maryland, the
Gibbs Preserving Company of Baltimore City erroneously paid
to the State Treasurer the sum of two thousand one hundred
and thirty-one dollars and ninety-nine cents ($2,131.99) since
April 6, 1894 ; and
WHEREAS, Under said claim of the State of Maryland the
firm of J. S. Farren and Company erroneously paid to the
State Treasurer the sum of five hundred and fourteen dollars
and forty-one cents ($514.41) since April 6, 1894 ; and
WHEREAS, Under said claim of the State of Maryland the
firm of Platt and Company erroneously paid to the State
Treasurer the sum of one hundred and forty-three dollars and
seventy cents ($143.70) since April 6, 1894; and
WHEREAS, Under said claim of the State of Maryland the
C. H. Fearson Packing Company erroneously paid to the
State Treasurer the sum of six hundred and ninety-seven
dollars and fifty cents ($697.50) since April 6, 1894 ; and
WHEREAS, Under said claim of the State of Maryland the
Fait and Slagle Company of Baltimore City erroneously paid
to the State Treasurer the sum of two hundred and forty-nine
