STATE OF MARYLAND.

CHAP. 104.

Sanction
and consent
given.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the sanction and consent of the General
Assembly be and the same is hereby given and declared to the
following gifts and conveyances to the trustees of Bethel
Presbyterian Church and congregation of Harford county, that
is to say : A deed from the trustees of Bethel Church dated
the 10th day of May, 1898, and recorded amongst the land
records of Harford county in Liber W. S. F. No. 94, folio
264, for three acres for the church and grave yard. A deed
from Robert N. Rampley for one-half acre, an addition to the
church yard, dated the 11th day of August, 1898, and recorded
as aforesaid in Liber W. S. F. No. 94, folio 213. A gift from
Mary J. Lemmon, of one-half acre, an addition to grave yard.
A deed from Ruth Cathcart for ten acres for parsonage Jot,
dated October 8, 1855, and recorded as aforesaid in Liber A.
L. J. No. 7, folio 103. A gift from William Wise of one
acre in Baltimore county for a site for a chapel.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted. That the said, the

trustees of Bethel Presbyterian Church and congregation of
Harford county be and they are hereby authorized and
empowered to own and hold real estate for church purposes
not exceeding twenty-five acres.
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 109.
AN ACT to re-enact Sections one hundred and eighty-five
and one hundred and eighty-six of Article two of the Code
of Public Local Laws, title "Anne Arundel County," sub-
title "Orphans' Court," as enacted by Chapter 95 of the
Acts of 1892.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Re-enacted.

Maryland, That section one hundred and eighty-five and one
hundred and eighty-six of article two of the Code of Public
Local Laws, title "Anne Arundel County," sub-title ''Orphans'
Court," as enacted by chapter ninety-five, of the Acts of
eighteen hundred and ninety-two, be and the same are hereby
re-enacted so as to read as follows :

When Court
shall be held

185. The Orphans' Court for Anne Arundel county shall
be held on Tuesday of each week in the year and on no other
days; provided, that when it shall appear necessary to said
Court they may adjourn from day to day, or to some certain

day, to hear arguments, or for the examination of witnesses
