county, deceased, to the Elias Evangelical Lutheran Church of
Emmitsburg, Maryland.

Eighty-second. To the following bequests under the will of
Ella L. Brooke, late of Frederick county, deceased, in words
following, to wit: "Item, I give and devise to the Council of
St. Paul's Lutheran Evangelical Church of Jefferson, the sum
of one hundred and fifty dollars, the interest thereof to be
paid annually to the pastor of said church." " All the rest
and residue of my estate, real, personal and mixed I give,
devise and bequeath in equal parts to the Board of Home
Missions, the Board of Foreign Missions, and the Board of
Church Extension of the General Synod of the Evangelical
Lutheran Church in the United States.

Eighty-third. To a deed from Charles O. Isaac and Georgie
A. Isaac, his wife, to the Trustees of Appold Methodist Epis-
copal Church of Baltimore city, Maryland, of all that piece
or parcel of ground which is described in said deed, dated the
ninth day of May, eighteen hundred and ninety-five, and re-
corded among the land records of Baltimore city, in Liber J.
B., No. 1559, folio 9, etc.

Eighty-fourth. To two legacies to the vestry of St. Paul's
Parish in Baltimore county, respectively, of tive thousand
dollars, and one thousand dollars contained in the last will
and testament, and the second codicil thereto, of Mrs. Char-
lotte C. Gittings, late of Baltimore city, deceased, said will
bearing date the twenty-fourth day of April, eighteen hundred
and eighty-eight, and said codicil bearing date the twenty-first
day of June, eighteen hundred and ninety-two, both having
been admitted to probate on the twenty-ninth day of October,
eighteen hundred and ninety-five, and now of record in the
office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore city, in Liber T.
W. M., No. 74, folio 534.

Eighty-fifth. To the bequest contained in the last will and
testament of Martha E. Gray, late of Baltimore city, deceased,
of the sum of five thousand dollars to St. Mary's Home for
Colored Boys and Girls, in the city of Baltimore, in charge of
the All Saints Sisters of the Protestant Episcopal Church.

Eighty-sixth. To the bequests to the vestry of St. John's
Church, Beltsville, Prince George's county, of certain ground
rents in the city of Baltimore, and of a certain sum of money
as expressed and contained in the first and second clauses of
the last will and testament of Emma Jones, late of Baltimore
city, deceased, said will bearing date the tenth day of July,
