Seventy-sixth To the following bequests and devises under,
the last will and testament of Anne Brannigan. late of Balti-
more city, deceased: (1.) To the Protectors of Saint Mary's
Orphan Female School, in the city of Baltimore, of the sum
of two hundred dollars. (2.) To the Reverend Father C. H.
McManns, (Dominican missionary,) of the sum of two hun-
dred dollars. (3.) To Saint Vincent's Infant Asylum, in the
city of Baltimore, of the sum of two hundred dollars. (4.)
To the Rev. George Daugherty (for Saint Augustine's
Church, Washington, D. C.,) of the sum of one hundred dol-
lars. (5.) To "The Associated Professors of Loyola College,"
in the city of Baltimore, of the sum of four hundred dollars.
(6.) To the Rev. Father Rhabances, (at Bohemian Church, St.
Wencislams, Baltimore,) of the sum of one hundred dollars.
(7.) To the Trustees of the Catholic Cathedral Church of Bal-
timore, of the sum of two hundred dollars. (8.) To St.
Joseph's Apostolic Society of the Sacred Heart of Foreign
Missions of Baltimore city, (at Francis Xavier Church), of
the sum of two hundred dollars. (9.) To the Mission of the
Immaculate Virgin for the Protection of Homeless and Des-
titute Children, (Lafayette Place, New York city,) of the
sum of twelve hundred dollars. (10.) To Saint Judis Taber-
nacle Society of Baltimore city, of the sum of one hundred
dollars. (11.) To the Young Catholic Friend's Society, in the
city of Baltimore, of the sum of two hundred dollars. (12.)
To the Rev. Father William A. Reardon, (of the Cathedral,
Baltimore), of the sum of one thousand dollars.

Seventy seventh. To the deed from the South Baltimore
Harbor and Improvement Company of Anne Arundel county
of a lot of ground at the northeast corner of Pennington ave-
nue and Poplar streets, in south Baltimore, Anne Arundel
county, Maryland, having a front of sixty feet on Pennington
avenue, with an even width for depth of eighty-five feet, to the
Saint Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church of Anne Arundel
county; said deed bearing date the ninth day of August, eigh-
teen hundred and ninety-three, and recorded among the land
records of Anne Arundel county in Liber S. H. No. 44, folio
353 etc.

Seventy-eighth. To the deed from Horace Slingluff and wife
of a lot of ground, situate at the northwest corner of North
avenue and Tenth street in the city of Baltimore, to the vestry
of the Church of the Prince of Peace of Baltimore city, said
deed bearing date the twenty-first day of May, eighteen hun
