WHEREAS, The treasury officials of the State have recom-
mended the refunding of the sums of money so paid; there-
fore,

Preamble.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Comptroller be and he is hereby directed to
draw his warrants on the Treasurer as follows: (1.) To the
order of The Twenty-first German American Building Associ-
ation of Baltimore city, for the sum of one hundred and
thirty dollars. (2.) To the order of The Villa and Cottage
Permanent Building Association, for the sum of sixty-two
dollars and fifty cents, (3.) To the order of The Halethorpe
Building and Loan Association, for the sum of eighty-one dol-
lars and twenty-five cents, and to the order of The South Bal-
timore Perpetual Building and Loan Association of Anne
Arundel county, for the sum of one hundred and sixty-two
dollars and fifty cents; and the Treasurer be and he is hereby
directed to pay said sums out of any moneys in the treasury
not otherwise appropriated.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 473.

AN ACT to amend Articles six and twenty-one of the Code
of Public Local Laws, titles, respectively, "Caroline County,"
and " Talbot County," sub-title " Fish," by adding thereto
three new sections to be designated as Sections 146 A, 146 B,
and 146 C, of Article six, and Sections 116 A, 116B, and
116 C, of Article twenty-one.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Articles six and twenty one of the Code of Public
Local Laws, titles, respectively, "Caroline County," and "Tal-
bot County," sub-title " Fish," be and the same are hereby
amended by adding thereto three new sections, to be desig-
nated, respectively, as sections one hundred and forty-six "A,"
one hundred and forty-six "B," and one hundred and forty-six
"C," of Article six, and one hundred and sixteen "A," one
hundred and sixteen "B," and one hundred and sixteen "C,"
of Article twenty-one.
