Boundary
line.
|
and Pittsburg district, No. 4, in Wicomico county, Maryland,
in and near the town of Parsonsburgh, in said district, shall be
changed so as to read as follows: As the new boundary line
between said districts in that locality beginning on the north-
easterly side of the county road leading from Forest Grove to
Parsonsburgh at a point in the curve of the said road opposite
Public School No. 8 and about 100 feet therefrom; thence
running north fifty degrees and thirty minutes east, 434 feet
to the center of the county road leading from Salisbury to
Parsonsburg; thence with a street called Pine street so far as
it runs, north four degrees, west 1,700 feet to the intersection
of the county road known as the Parker road with the county
road known as the new county road, by the residence of George
W. Farlow.

Repeal.
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That all acts inconsistent with
the provisions of this act be, and the same are hereby repealed.

Effective.
|
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to Incorporate the Anne Arundel and Howard Conn-
ties Agricultural and Fair Association.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Amos N. Clark, John T. Brogan, William H. Ship-
ley, Robert D. Carter, William H. Lyons, and their associates

and successors, who are now or may be hereafter admitted as
members thereof, be, and they are hereby created a body politic
and corporate, with succession, under the name and style of the
"Anne Arundel and Howard County Agricultural and Fair
Association," with power to them to adopt a common seal, and
the same to alter and change, and by their corporate name to
aue and be sued, plead and be impleaded in any court of law
or equity to acquire, lease and hold property, personal and real
and mixed, and the same to sell, exchange or otherwise dispose
of, and in general to do, perform and suffer with reference to
the tereinafter-mentioned purpose of their incorporation, all
acts and things which may lawfully be done, performed and
suffered by a natural person.
