not yet collected by the said Nathan J. P. Tull, may be col-
lected within two years from and after the passage of this act.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That all such parts of the act of
eighteen hundred and eighty-eight, chapter one hundred and.
thirty-seven, and any amendments thereto as are applicable to
the enforcing of the collection of taxes in said county for the
years of eighteen hundred and ninety two and eighteen hun-
dred and ninety-three, shall be applicable to the collection of
said State and county taxes for the years of eighteen hundred
and ninety-two and eighteen hundred and ninety-three, in the
hands of said Nathan J. P. Tull, and shall be and remain so
applicable thereto for two years from and after the passage of
this act.

CHAPTER 417.
AN ACT to repeal Section 2 of Chapter 468 of the Acts
passed at January Session, 1884, being Section 244 of Arti-
10 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Dorchester
County," sub-title "Oysters," and Section 155 of Article 21
of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Talbot County,"
sub-title "Oysters," and Section 10 of Chapter 359 of the
Acts of 1878, being Section 1«2 of Article 21 of the Code
of Public Local Laws, title "Talbot County," sub-title "Oys-
ters," relating to taking oysters with scoops or scrapes in the
waters of Choptank River, and to-enact the same with amend-
ments.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That section 2 of chapter 468 of the acts passed at Jan-
