CHAPTER 376.
AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money to St. George W.
Teackle, State Vaccine Agent, for money expended by him
for vaccine supplies in excess of the appropriation hereto-
fore made for the same.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Comptroller of the State be and he is hereby

authorized and directed to issue his warrant upon the Treas-
urer of the State for four hundred and four dollars and ninety-
three cents, in favor of St. George W. Teackle, State Vaccine
Agent, for the money expended by him during the years 1894
and 1895, for supplies in his department, ma.le necessary by
the requirements of the same, in excess of the amount hereto-
fore appropriated for the supplies of said department.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 377.
AN ACT to repeal and re enact, with amendments, Section
94 of Article 12 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Garrett County," sub-title "Election Districts."

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That section 94 of Article 12 of the Code of Public
Local Laws, title "Garrett County," sub-title "Election Dis-
tricts," be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with
amendments, so as to read as follows:

Repeal.

94. Garrett county is divided into twelve election districts
according to their present bounds and limits, and elections for
public officers shall be held in each of said districts, at the
places heretofore established by law, except in election dis-
trict number eleven, in which district the polling or voting
place shall be removed from the residence of George War-
nick to the residence of Peter Mclntyre.
