Garrett county, aforesaid, for at least three continuous months
next previous to said annual meeting, and shall have specially
qualified themselves by paying into the common funds of said
Community of Mountain Lake Park, the sum of tive dollars,
in the natnie of an annual subscription, to be paid annually,
within one month next before said annual meeting; but no one
shall vote in person at such annual meeting, who shall not be
citizen of the United States, above the age of twenty-one
years; but all persons otherwise qualified as lotholders, may
vote by proxy without regard to sex or citizenship. No per-
son not qualified to vote in his own right and person shall vote
as proxy for another, but no person whatsoever shall vote as
proxy at any given election or annual meeting for more than
four constituents, nor shall any person have by reason of
holding more than one lot in Mountain Lake Park, aforesaid,
any more than one vote, whether in person or by proxy.

SEC. 9. And be it enacted, That this act shall remain and
continue in effect as to the Community of Mountain Lake Park,
as to the Mountain Lake Park Association of Garrett county,
and as to all such and so many of its lot holders as have already
agreed thereto by deed executed and recorded as aforesaid; and
that owners of land contiguous to the Community of Mountain
Lake Park who desire the advantages offered by said corpora-
tion of the Community of Mountain Lake Park may also be-
come members of said community by subscription to an article
of agreement similar to that by which the recent holders of
property have become members of the community; provided,
said article of agreement shall also be accepted by vote of the
annual meeting, and that such article of agreement shall have
been duly executed and recorded among the land records of
Garrett county in the manner provided for the execution and
recording of deeds of land in this State; and upon such article
of agreement being so recorded and accepted by the Community
of Mountain Lake Park, said tract or parcel of land shall be an
addition to Mountain Lake Park, and together with the lot
owner thereof, shall be subject to all its laws, rules, burdens,
advantages and regulations; provided, that nothing in this act
contained shall affect the property included within the corpora-
tion of Lock Lynn Heights.
