point or place within half a mile of the Junction of Gittings

CHAPTER 253.

AN ACT to confirm a deed of conveyance dated the 16th day
of July, 1869, recorded among the land records of Baltimore
city, in Liber G. R., No. 430, folio 94, &c., from the trustees
of the Methodist Episcopal Church in Caroline Street Station
of Baltimore city, to James Shuter.

Effective.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the deed of conveyance executed by trustees of the
Methodist Episcopal Church in Caroline-Street Station of Balti-
more city, to James Shuter, dated the 16th of July, 1869, and
recorded among the land records of Baltimore city, in Libel
G. R., No. 430, folio 94, &c:, be, and the same is hereby ratified
and confirmed.

CHAPTER 254.

AN ACT to repeal Section one hundred and seventy-nine of
Article sixteen, of the Public Local Laws of Maryland, title
"Montgomery County," sub-title "Rockville," and re-enact
the same with amendments.

SECTION 1. Se it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That section one hundred and seventy-nine of Article
sixteen, of the Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Mont
gomery County," sub-title "Rockville," be and the same is
hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments, so as to read
as follows :
