prepared.

be and he is hereby authorized and directed to prepare and
make six separate general indices of the following records ID
his office, to wit: One for all the registers or records of
administration; one for all the records of inventories; one for
all the records of valuation; one for all the records of administra-
tion accounts, and one for all the records of accounts of sales,
and to provide six books for such purpose.

Tax to pay to
same.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the County Commissioners
of Queen Anne's county, be and they are hereby required and
directed to levy upon the assessable property of said county a
sum sufficient to pay the said Register of Wills the cost of the
books aforesaid, and, also, three cents for each name recorded
by him in the index aforesaid.

Effective.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 206.

AN ACT to repeal Section fourteen of Chapter two hundred
and twenty-nine of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland, passed at the session of eighteen hundred and
fifty eight, entitled an "Act to incorporate the Mutual Fire
Insurance Company in Calvert County," and to re-enact the
same with amendments.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section fourteen of Chapter two hundred and
twenty-nine of the Acts of the General Assembly of Mary-
land, passed at the session of eighteen hundred and fifty-eight,
entitled " An Act to incorporate the Mutual Fire Insurance
Company in Calvert County," be and the same is hereby re-
pealed and re-enacted, so as to read as follows :

Charter in
force.

14. And be it enacted, That this charter shall be in full
force and effect until repealed by an act of the General Assem-
bly of this State.

Effective.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.
