SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That Samuel Rosenthal, Lewis
Hamburger, Samuel E. Reinhard, Michael Schloss, Joseph
Walter, Benjamin Friedman, Henry Burgunder, Max Grief
and Joseph M. Polock shall be the officers, directors and man-
agers of said corporation until the second Wednesday in April,
eighteen hundred and ninety-six, and shall serve as such until
their successors are elected.

SEC. 7. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect

CHAPTER 204.
AN ACT to amend the charter and incorporation of Forest
Lake Cemetery of Prince George's County, by enlarging its
power and duration.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Forest Lake Cemetery of Prince George's county,
a corporation duly incorporated under and pursuant to the pro-
visions of Article 23 of the Code of Public General Laws of
Maryland, be and the same hereby is declared to be and made
a body corporate for the uses and purposes, and with all the
powers now appertaining thereto by law as a cemetery com-
pany, in, by and under said charter, with perpetual continu-
ance, subject, however, and only to the constitutional right of
amendment and repeal.

AN ACT to provide for general Indices of certain Records
in the office of the Register of Wills for Queen Anne's
