CHAPTER 158.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 4
of Chapter 266 of the Acts of 1894, entitled "An Act to
incorporate the Union Trust and Surety Company of Mary-
land."
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

land, That section 4 of chapter 266 of the acts of 1894,
entitled "An Act to incorporate the Union Trust and Surety
Company of Maryland," be and the same is hereby repealed
and re-enacted with amendments, so as to read as follows :

Repeal.
|
|
|
4. The capital stock of said company shall consist of five
thousand shares, of the par value of fifty dollars each; and
when not less than two thousand shares shall have been sub-
scribed and fully paid for, the directors of said company may,
and are hereby authorized and empowered to have and exercise
all the rights and privileges which are intended to be given by
the said chapter 266 of the acts of 1894; and should the
capital stock at any time be increased, the stockholders, at the
time of such increase, shall be entitled to a pro rata share of
such increase upon the payment of the value of the same at
that time.
