any person whose license has been revoked, shall be considered
an unlicensed dealer after such revocation; this section shall not
affect any election district in said county in which it may be
unlawful to issue a license at the time the offenses herein pro-
vided against are committed.

72. Any person convicted under the laws of this State, pro-

viding for the regulation of the sale of the liquors aforesaid
in Wicomico county, shall be disqualified from selling or vend-
ing any form of the liquors aforesaid in this State, for the
space of one year from such conviction, directly or indirectly
in his own name or right, or as agent or copartner or otherwise ;
and if any licensed dealer shall permit such convicted persons
to become directly or indirectly interested with him in the sale
of such liquor, knowing or having reasonable grounds to be-
lieve that such party has been so convicted, then the person
or persons so permitting him to have any interest in the sale
of such liquors, shall be deemed to have violated this law, and
upon conviction thereof, shall have his license forfeited by the
court, and he shall be fined in a sum of not less than fifty dol-
lars, and be confined in the county jail not less than two
months.

Effect of con-
viction.

73. All laws relating to the sale of liquors in Wicomico
county, inconsistent herewith, shall be and are hereby repealed ;
provided, that the laws prohibiting the sale of intoxicating
liquors in No. 4, (Pittsburgh), and in No. 10, (Sharpstown),
election districts of said county, shall be and continue in full
force and effect, and the sale of said liquors in said districts
shall be unlawful; and provided further, that any law of this
State permitting the voters of the said county or of any election
district, town or city thereof, to petition against the issuing of
any license as aforesaid, shall be of full force and effect, not-
withstanding this act; provided, however, that it shall be
unlawful for any porson or persons to sell spirituous or fer-
mented liquors in the seventh or Trappe election district of
Wicomico, county; and no license shall at any time be issued
therefor; anything herein contained to the contrary notwith-
standing.

Repeal and
provisos.

74. If any person shall obtain a license to sell liquors by
any false pretence or representation of any kind, or if he shall
alter or change the room or place in which such liquors may
be sold in pursuance of the license hereby to be granted, or
shall have any door in or to the said room that can be opened
with lock and key or latch, except the ones described in his
