of the several Boards of County School Commissioners of the
counties and city of Baltimore, of the amount thus found to
be due to each, and the same shall be paid to the Treasurer of
the Board of School Commissioners of Baltimore city and the
several counties, upon the draft of the president and secretary
of the several Boards of County School Commissioners and
the city of Baltimore aforesaid.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That all acts and parts of acts
inconsistent with the provisions of this act, be and the same
are hereby repealed.

CHAPTER 136.

AN ACT to repeal from Section sixty to Section seventy-seven,
both inclusive, of Article twenty three of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title "Wicomico County," sub-title
"Liquors and Intoxicating Drinks," and to repeal Sections
sixty-one, sixty-nine and seventy-four of said Article, as
amended by Chapter 667 of the Acts of the General Assem-
bly of eighteen hundred and ninety-two, and to re-enact the
same with amendments.

Repeal.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That all from section sixty to section seventy-seven, both
inclusive, of Article twenty three of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland, title ''Wicomico County," sub-title "Liquor
and Intoxicating Drinks," and also sections sixty-one, sixty-
nine and seventy-four of said article, as amended by chapter
six hundred and sixty seven of the acts of the General Assem-
bly of eighteen hundred and ninety-two, be and the same are
hereby repealed and re-enacted, to read as follows :

Repeal.

60. No person, by himself, his agent or servant, shall sell
any malt, vinous, spirituous or intoxicating liquors in Wicomico
county, except as hereinafter provided.

Sale of
liquors.

61. Any male citizen of full age, twenty-one years, of good
moral character, desiring to engage in the sale of malt, vinous,
spirituous or intoxicating liquors in the said county, shall make
written application to the County Commissioners of Wicomico
county aforesaid; and a license shall be issued only after the
following conditions shall have been strictly complied with :
