constitute one assessment district. Caroline county shall consti-

tute one assessment district. Carroll county shall be divided
into four assessment districts; the first shall be composed of
the first, second, tenth and twelfth election districts; the second
shall be composed of the third, seventh and eleventh election
districts; the third shall be composed of the fourth, sixth and
eighth election districts; the fourth shall be composed of the
. fifth, ninth and thirteenth election districts of said county.
Cecil county. shall constitute one assessment district. Charles
county shall constitute one assessment district. Dorchester
county shall be divided into, two assessment districts; the first
district shall consist of the first, second, third, eleventh, twelfth,
thirteenth, fourteenth and fifteenth election districts; the second
shall consist of the fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth,
tenth and sixteenth election districts of said county.
Frederick county shall be divided into eight assessment dis-
tricts; the first district shall be composed of election district
number two; the second district shall be composed of election
districts numbers three and twelve; the third district shall be
composed of election districts numbers one, seven and four-
teen; the fourth district shall be composed of election districts
numbers eight, nine and eighteen; the fifth district shall be
composed of election districts numbers eleven, seventeen and
nineteen; the sixth district shall be composed of election dis-
tricts numbers four, five and fifteen; the seventh district shall
be composed of election districts numbers thirteen, twenty and
twenty-one; and the eighth district shall be composed of elec-
tion districts numbers six, ten and sixteen, of said county.
Garrett, Harford, Howard and Kent counties shall, re-
spectively, constitute one assessment district each.
Montgomery county shall be divided into three assessment
districts; the first district shall be composed of the first, fifth,
eighth and thirteenth election districts; the second district shall
be composed of the fourth, sixth, seventh and tenth election
districts; the third district shall be composed of the second,
third, ninth, eleventh and twelfth election districts of said
county.
Prince George's county shall be divided into five assess-
ment districts; the first district shall include the first, tenth
and fourteenth election districts; the second district shall in-
clude the second, seventh and thirteenth election districts; the
third district shall include the third and sixth election districts ;
