SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That all acts done by the pa-
rishioners or vestry in their meeting at the said church in
Princess Ann, shall be as lawful and binding on the said pa»
rish as if the same meetings had been held at the church first
built in said parish, or the parish church.

An additional supplement to the act, entitled, an act relating1
to the city of Baltimore.

1828.

SECTION 1, Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Ma-
ryland, That the board of commissioners of the tax for the
city of Baltimore be, and the same is hereby abolished, and

all the powers lawfully exercised by, or vested in it, and all
the duties required by law to be performed by said commis-
sioners shall be vested in, and performed by the mayor and
city council of Baltimore

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the mayor and city council
of Baltimore be, and they are hereby authorised to receive
and take into their charge, all and every the books, records,
vouchers and other papers in the possession of, or belong-
ing to the said commissioners of the tax for the city of Bal-
timore.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the jurors hereafter sum-
moned from the city of Baltimore for the trial of causes in
Baltimore county court, shall be allowed for each and every day
that they attend as jurors aforesaid, the sum of one dollar.
SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That the mayor and city coun-

at such time and in such manner as they may think proper,
an amount necessary to defray their proportion of the joint
expenses of Baltimore county for the year eighteen hundred
and twenty-seven, and of such other expenses for said year
as have usually been levied on the city of Baltimore by the
levy court of Baltimore county.

SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That the mayor and city
council of Baltimore be, and they are hereby authorised to
make their levy of taxes on said city at any time that they
may deem most advisable.

An act to provide for electing commissioners for Harford coun-
ty, and prescribing their powers and duties.

Passed Feb'ry 22,

1828.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the persons qualified to vote for delegates to the
general assembly, in Harford county, shall, at the time and
places of election in said county, on the first Monday in October
next (and on the first Monday of October) in every three fears
