A resolution in favor of Gottleb L Crammer, sergeant at arms,
of the House of Delegates, providing for the payment of
newspapers furnished the members of the present session of
the Legislature.
|
Payment directed
|
Resolved, That the treasurer of the Western Shore pay to
Gottleb I, Grammer, sergeant at arms of the house of dele-
gates, the sum of one hundred and twenty-nine dollars and
fifty-six cents, it being the amount of newspaper subscription
for the use of the members of the present Legislature, as far as
Is ascertained, and which is due to the several editors who
furnish the same, out of any unappropriated money in the
treasury.

A resolution in favor of the State Librarian increasing his
Salary,
|
$75 additional sal-
ary.
|
Resolved, That the treasurer of the Western Shore, pay to
the State Librarian, in addition to his present salary, the sum
of seventy-five dollars, in quarterly payments, out of any un-
appropriated money in the treasury.

A resolution providing for the early transmission of the Jour-
nals of Proceedings of the two branches of the Legislature
to the several counties of this state.

|
Resolved That the Governor and Council be, and they are
hereby requested, to have forwarded, as early as practicable,
the journals of proceedings of the two branches of the legisla-
ture, alter their completion, by the person with whom they
may contract therefor, to the several counties of this state.

A resolution directing the Governor and Council to furnish the
several officers and persons therein named, with copies of the
Laws of the present session.

Resolved That the Governor and Council be, and they are
hereby directed, to cause to be furnished to the directors of
the Penitentiary, sheriffs of the several counties, and commis-
sioners of the tax, each one copy of the laws of the present
session, in the same manner as justices of the peace now are;
and that an additional number be printed for that purpose
