CIRCULATION

After a slight decrease in circulation for last fiscal year due, I
think, to an abnormal amount of winter snow, circulation in every
way that we can measure resumed its upward climb. The increase was
noted in the number of visitors, in the number of records called for
and in postal inquiries.
