ARCHIVAL AND MANUSCRIPT ACCESSIONS

In our last report, we listed a number of records transferred from
an outbuilding of the Kent County Courthouse. Additional transfers
made from this same source last year yielded among other records about
300 small Poll Books. These, combined with the books already on
hand, gave us an almost solid run of Poll Books for the years 1800-
1870. They afford scholars an excellent opportunity to study elections
