I regret to advise you that Dorothy B. Cullinane, who had held the
position of Stenographer-Secretary for over ten years, resigned April
17, 1962. She was succeeded by Helen H. Kilborn, who had been
appointed to the staff October 11, 1961, as Stenographer, Accounting.
