ARCHIVIST OF THE HALL OF RECORDS 27

historian; Reverend Ernest Twigg, historian of Magothy Methodist
Church, Jacobsville, Anne Arundel County; Anna Mary Urban, Co-

PUBLICATIONS

I am especially pleased with our record of publication for fiscal
year 1960. I think that the list which follows is a creditable one but,
unfortunately, one which we are not likely to equal in the new year.
Publication is one of the prized objectives in the archivistic tradition;

the two new State Office Buildings meant a change of address and
telephone number for everyone. New agencies were created beyond
anything we had experienced in the past, and old ones abolished; a
short history of the General Assembly of 1959 and 1960 was added as
well as an historical list of Clerks of the Court of Appeals and a new
