PROGRAM 1

When Mrs. Constance B. Tollevik resigned as Senior Account Clerk in
May 1956 after eight years at the Hall of Records, she was replaced by Mrs.
Carrie B. Hine. Unfortunately, Mrs. Hine remained only until August 21,
when she left to make her home abroad. Mrs. Hine was replaced September 5
by Miss Martha M. France who has performed the duties of that position most
satisfactorily.

PROGRAM 2.

In my last report to you I noted that at the end of fiscal year 1956 there
was a vacancy in the position of Junior Archivist which had occurred the
previous February. At the beginning of the new fiscal year this vacancy
was filled by Mr. Guy Weatherly who transferred from our Records Manage-
ment Division.
