ARCHIVIST OF THE HALL OF RECORDS 13

County on "The Hall of Records and Local Historical Societies - Areas of
Contact and of Conflict."

The Assistant Archivist attended the April 30, 1956 meeting of the
Historical Committee of Historic Annapolis, Incorporated. The objective of
this group is the production of a panoramic map of Old Annapolis.

The Archivist attended the formal opening of the newly-restored John
Dickinson Mansion near Dover, Delaware, May 2, 1956; on Sunday, May 6,
he toured part of Talbot County. He also participated in the "Old New
Castle" tour at New Castle, Delaware, on Saturday, May 21, 1956.

Mr. Skordas and Mr. Wilds attended the conference of the Clerks of
Courts of Maryland at City Hall, Baltimore, on May 18, 1956.
