Records and for the copying of governmental records bj photo-
graphic process when desired rather than by typewriting or hand-
writing were discussed.

Since no suitable candidate for the position of editorial
assistant to collaborate in the publication of county records author-
ized by the Legislature was available, it was decided to postpone
the employment of such an assistant until a later date.

The Commission decided that in the future it would meet semi-
annually, in April and October, the day and hour to be fixed by the
chairman. The Commission adjourned at 3:45 P. M.
