* Includes special funds of $1,700 received from the Clerks of the Circuit Courts of

Prince George's and Frederick Counties for photostating and binding court and land

records.
t Thin amount was appropriated for the printing of a catalogue; when it was discovered

that the manuscript would not be completed in time to be printed this year the

Comptroller was asked to carry this amount forward. He graciously granted this

request.
tThin item is also known as "Emergency Labor" and is used for window cleaning,

substitutes for the maintenance staff whose work must be done during vacation and

ticle leave periods, etc.
