Sec. 2 And be it further enacted, That all laws or parts of
laws inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, be and they
are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
Special Session 1936, Chapter 81.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 87B of
Article 41 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1935 Supple-
ment) title "Governor—Executive and Administrative Depart-
ments," sub-title "Hall of Records Commission."
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 87B of Article 41 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1935 Supplement) title "Governor—Execu-
tive and Administration Departments," sub-title "Hall of Rec-
ords Commission," be, and the same is hereby repealed and re-
enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
87B. The Commission shall have supervision and control
of the Hall of Records building and shall have authority to
equip and furnish the said building and to preserve and repair
the records, documents and archives placed under its supervis-
ion, the cost of same to be paid for out of any funds which may
hereafter be appropriated for that purpose.

AN ACT to provide for the reversion to the General Treasury of the
unexpended balance remaining from the appropriation con-
tained in Chapter 253 of the Acts of 1931, for the erection and
equipment of the Hall of Records Building, and to make an
emergency appropriation to complete the Executive Mansion.

amount of Four Million, One Hundred and Thirty Thousand
Dollars ($4,130,000.00), the proceeds thereof to be used for cer-
tain necessary building construction and equipment purposes for
