small quantity of capital & lower case Cannon -

different kinds of sizes - 5 cases of Dutch letter,
one with the other quarter full - a box with a
few quotations & a quantity of Purgois quadrats -
2 galleys - 1 metal & 2 wooden composing sticks -
long primer italic - 4 Dime. [?] chases of 1
quarto - a quantity of furnityre - 3 frames - 16
lb. of Pye in a box - 5 large cuts 4 small ones -
a press, with two friskets & a bank - a box with
scabboard - all the rules &c belonging to the news-
paper, with every other article belonging to the
printing business - 2 composing sticks & 3 galleys
4 letter boards.7

The office and materials were to remain in Hayes'
possession for six months,

unless he can procure to himself materials for a
printing office from Glasgow or some other place
which the said Hayes may find more convenient.

At the expiration of that time, Hayes agreed to deliver
all materials of the printing house to Killen; Hayes at
the same time was answerable for all debts contracted
