Only copy located has a mutilated page 7 and no
visible page numbering; but judging from the
presence of one bracket (for brackets surround page
numbers), the figure 7 was evidently printed.
Advertised as "Just published and for sale ...
price 12 1/2 cents" in the Telegraphe of June 2,
1798.
