Important intelligence. The brig Rosetta is just
arrived here from Havre, in 55 days, Peace is
made with the emperor, and Mentz evacuated by his
troops - he also cedes Mantua, and had bound him-
self to give a free passage to the army of the
republic, in order to invade Hanover, provided
England will not make a peace...
