To the voters / of / Baltimore town and coun-
ty, / Charges, ill-founded and malicious, ushered
into the public view by every artifice which cun-/
ning and designing men could suggest, have been
made to injure the private and public charac- /
ter of Mr. William M'Laughlin, and to prevent his
being elected your sheriff. - That he has fully /
and satisfactorily refuted those charges, it is
believed, every candid and unprejudiced person
