CHAP. CXC.
An Act to authorise Rachel Colvin and Samuel Colvin, of the City of Balti-
more, to execute Deeds for certain Property therein described.

1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That it shall and may be lawful for Rachel Colvin, of the city
of Baltimore, the committee of Richard Colvin, of said city, a
lunatic, and for Samuel Colvin of said city, to convey to the
Patapsco fire company all the right, title and interest, of the said
Richard Colvin, in and to all those pieces or parcels of ground
lying in the city of Baltimore, described and bounded as fol-
lows; that is to say, beginning, for one parcel thereof, on the
south side of Fayette street, at the distance of ten feet six inches
westerly from North-street, and running westerly for width on .
Fayette-street, six feet four inches, and extending southerly of
the same width, and parallel to North-street, sixty-nine feet
three inches; and beginning for the other parcel thereof at a
point distant seventy-three feet three inches southerly from Fay-
ette-street, and twenty feet six inches westerly from the line of
the west side of North-street, measuring at right angles with
those streets respectively, and running thence easterly, parallel
to Fayette street, ten feet, then southerly, parallel to North-
street, three feet, then westerly, parallel to Fayette-street, eight
feet eleven inches, then southerly, parallel to North street, six
feet, then westerly, parallel to Fayette-street, one foot and one
inch, and then northerly, parallel to North-street, nine feet to

the place of beginning.
2. And be it further enacted, That it shall and may be law-
ful for the said Rachel Colvin, committee as aforesaid of the
said Richard Colvin, and for the said Samuel Colvin, to convey
to Dr. Solomon Birckhead, all the right, title and interest, of
the said Richard Colvin, in and to all that piece or parcel of
ground, situate and lying in .the aforesaid city of Baltimore,
bounded and described as follows, to wit: Beginning for the
same at a point distant seventy-six feet three inches southerly
from the line of the south side of Fayette-street, and ten feet
six inches westerly from the line of the west side of North-
street, measuring at right angles with those streets respectively,
and running thence southerly, parallel to North-street, six feet,
to ground at present owned by, said Birckhead, then westerly,
bounding; thereon and parallel to Fayette-street, eight feet ele-
ven inches, to the northwest corner of his said ground, then
northerly, and parallel to North-street, six feet, to intersect a
line drawn westerly, parallel to Fayette-street, from the begin-
ning, and then reversing the said line so drawn, and bounding
thereon easterly eight feet eleven inches, to the place of begin-
ning; and to perform, in every respect, the contract entered into
by the said Rachel Colvin and Samuel Colvin, with the snid Pa-
tapsco fire company, by deed dated the thirty- first dsiy of March,
eighteen hundred and twenty-six, and recorded among the land
records of Baltimore county court, in Liber W. G. No. 180, folio
190, &c. so far as the same is not inconsistent with the provisions
of this act; and such deorls, so as aforesaid to be executed, shall be
as binding upon the said Richard Colvin, his heirs and assigns, as
